    New NDA CEO assumes office …pledges to address challenges

     A programmes Administration and Civil Engineering professional, Dr Emmanuel Abeere-Inga, on Friday assumed workplace as he took over from Mr Sulley Sambian, the outgoing CEO of the authority.

    He was appointed by Presi­dent John Mahama final month to be the performing CEO of the authority.

    Till his appointment, Dr Abeere-Inga was working as Director of Infrastructure, Lands, Atmosphere and Pure Assets on the NDA.

    At a handing over ceremony right here in Tamale, the Performing CEO assured of working carefully with workers and administration to deal with a few of the challenges the authority was dealing with.

    He appealed to the workers to be united and work collectively to draw the wanted sources to ship on the mandate of the authority.

    “If we proceed to carry one another collectively and work collectively as a household within the authority, we’ll get the wanted sources to ship successfully to the individuals of north­ern Ghana,” he acknowledged.

    The Performing CEO advised the workers to be conscious of their public utter­ances in regards to the authority so as to not injury its fame.

    He stated the institution of NDA was to speed up the develop­ment of the north, therefore the necessity for everybody to assist him realise the objectives of the authority.

    He additionally applauded the outgoing CEO, Mr Sulley Sambian, for his “kindness, love and the concord” that he dropped at the workers of the authority

    For her half, the Deputy CEO of the authority, Mrs Jamilatu Ibrahim, stated they weren’t there to “witch-hunt anyone” however slightly to assist the expansion of the authority.

    The outgoing CEO, Mr Sam­bian, thanked the workers for the cooperation and love they gave him throughout his two years in workplace, add­ing “throughout my tenure we touched lives regardless that they may not resolve all the issues.”

    Mr Sambian urged the workers to cooperate and assist the brand new management, expressing the hope that such familial spirit of working collectively would proceed within the authority for the nice individuals of the north.
