    CTVET head advocates for competency-based training for TVET institutions

    The Director-Normal of the Fee for Technical and Vocational Training and Coaching (CTVET), Zakaria Sulemana, has reiterated the pressing want for a complete rollout of competency-based coaching throughout TVET establishments in Ghana.

    His name got here throughout an interview with Pleasure Enterprise on the British Council Ghana Dissemination Occasion, held to showcase the successes of the Worldwide Abilities Partnerships (ISP) initiative.

    “Competency-based coaching ensures that learners graduate with sensible, job-ready abilities that meet trade calls for. It’s time we made this the usual throughout all TVET establishments,” Mr. Sulemana emphasised.
