    EPA Ghana Observes World Ocean Day


     

    Appearing Chief Govt Officer of the Environmental Safety Authority (EPA), Professor Nana Ama Klutse, has emphasised the significance of defending Ghana’s oceans from air pollution.

    Sustains Us” and the Native Theme is “Preserving Our Oceans, Defending Our Future”, the EPA boss said that the authority is endeavor a nationwide training marketing campaign to boost consciousness in regards to the affect of plastics, textiles, and different supplies on the ocean atmosphere.

    This embody educating the general public on the necessity to stop air pollution, selling sustainable practices, cementing the EPA’s dedication to preserving Ghana’s oceans and making certain a wholesome marine ecosystem.

    Prof. Nana Ama Klutse, emphasised the essential position oceans play in sustaining life on Earth stating that the ocean produce roughly 70% of the world’s oxygen, present meals, livelihoods, and transportation for thousands and thousands of individuals.
