    John Dumelo donates 500 bags of rice to University of Ghana to support student welfare

    The Deputy Minister for Meals and Agriculture and Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayawaso West Wuogon, John Dumelo, has donated 500 luggage of rice to the College of Ghana.

    Every bag weighing 5kg, was offered to the Dean of College students, Professor Rosina Kyeremanten, on behalf of the college.

    Based on Mr. Dumelo, the donation is to help the college’s meals financial institution initiative, which was set as much as assist college students who’re struggling financially.

    “The meals financial institution was launched by the College of Ghana to assist college students who discover it arduous to get three sq. meals a day,” he affirmed.

    He added that many college students on campus face monetary challenges, and subsequently he hopes the rice will assist ease their burden.

    Mr. Dumelo assured college students that he stays dedicated to their welfare.
