The Lawyer Normal and Minister for Justice, Dr Dominic Ayine, has revealed that eight suspects within the ongoing Nationwide Service Scheme ghost names scandal have approached his workplace to barter a plea deal.
In line with Dr Ayine, the suspects together with three (3) former officers of the Nationwide Service Authority (NSA), via their attorneys, have expressed willingness to cooperate and have been introduced with a precondition: the total refund of all misappropriated funds, in addition to settlement to function state witnesses towards different people concerned within the case.
