The Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene, has been seen furiously reprimanding fireplace service personnel on the Adum fireplace scene final night, accusing them of idleness.
In a video that has since gone viral on social media, the minister seems visibly indignant, alleging that the hearth officers had been pretending to work regardless of their tenders being empty with no water.

In accordance with experiences, the personnel allegedly gave the minister false hope that they had been taking motion to fully extinguish the hearth, regardless that it had but to be put out.
Water has completed, and also you folks haven’t instructed me. So what are you continue to doing right here? I’ve been asking you about this for the previous hour, and also you’re not telling me the reality? What sort of life is that?
The minister criticised the personnel for failing to speak the shortage of enough water provide, which he believed delayed efforts to douse the flames.

The fire at Adum broke out in the early hours of 21 March on the standard Blue Gentle Area, close to Hi there FM, rapidly spreading to close by outlets and inflicting vital losses for merchants.
In the meantime, President John Mahama has pledged government support for victims of the fire, directing NADMO to help affected merchants in recovering from their losses.
